Ramki comes with a 25 years of global consulting experience and specializes in transformational strategy design, Digital transformation & IT operating model advisory, reconfiguring organization designs, Data analytics and Implementation program management of various consulting engagements.

Ramki works actively with start-up eco-system and Emirati Entrepreneurs in their idea validation to business model implementation and closely works with family business  as they diversify their portfolios.

Ramki has an post-graduate degree in Strategic Management from St. Xavier’s Institute of Management (XLRI)and is a certified Change Management Professional from PROSCI,USA.

My Mission is to bridge the gap between Strategy Design and execution. I believe Strategy Execution is much more in critical need than Strategy itself. This vision led to setting up of Synarchy.

Over 25 years of my consulting career, I have been privileged to work with some of the best minds in the industry & in government sector across Middle East Africa ,notably the UAE PMO and cabinet Affairs, Ministry of Presidential Affairs, Federal Authority of Government Human Resources (FAHR), Ministry of Education and Emirates Schools Establishment, University of Dubai, CERT-HCT, UAE University, Al Tayer Group, Romana Water and many others.

I have been part of exciting transformative initiatives across governments of Africa such as the  the Office of Auditor General of Kenya, Ministry of ICT in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, National Hospital Insurance Fund, (NHIF), Kenya, Kenya Revenue Authority(KRA), Telkom Kenya and Others.
